Join psychotherapist Christina Malecka to engage in an interactive experience to explore your relationship with technology and get tips and tools to break free from the social media hamster wheel and digital overwhelm. 

During her presentation, Christina will discuss the negative impacts of constant connectivity, the emotional health hazards posed by social media, and concrete ideas for using mindfulness tools to create a healthier relationship with technology.
